Prior to founding Ethos, he spearheaded DataRobot's Trusted AI initiative, building purpose-built products for customers in highly regulated industries as the company scaled from 100 to 1,500 employees.

He collaborated directly with major banks and financial institutions to address complex challenges around model risk, governance, and the responsible deployment of AI/ML.

At Ethos, Jett drives the vision for adaptive risk management building a platform that unifies risk functions across the enterprise so institutions can govern what they have today and adapt to what's coming next.

Kristen brings over a decade of expertise in risk management, with deep roots in model risk and experience spanning financial institutions of all sizes, fintech companies, and sponsor banks. She has a proven track record in developing robust risk programs, including the design of comprehensive policies and procedures that align with federal regulatory standards.

Kristen has successfully defended risk frameworks before the FDIC, OCC, and the Federal Reserve of Atlanta, leveraging her deep understanding of compliance and regulatory expectations.

Her background spans critical areas including BSA/AML, Treasury, Credit, Fair Lending, and digital assets, along with advanced technical skills in risk process automation and optimization. With experience across traditional banking, fintech, and sponsor bank partnerships, Kristen understands the evolving challenges facing modern financial institutions.

At Ethos, she leads risk strategy and client partnerships, helping institutions build governance programs that work across functions from model risk to enterprise risk to emerging categories like GenAI and digital assets.
