Prior to founding Ethos, he spearheaded DataRobot's Trusted AI initiative, building purpose-built products for customers in highly regulated industries as the company scaled from 100 to 1,500 employees. He collaborated directly with major banks and financial institutions to address complex challenges around model risk, governance, and the responsible deployment of AI/ML.

At Ethos, Jett drives the vision and strategy for adaptive risk management, building a platform that unifies risk functions across the enterprise so institutions can govern what they have today and adapt to what's coming next.

For over a decade, Emilia has built innovative enterprise workflow technology in healthcare, one of the most highly regulated industries. She is a leader in founding and early-stage product roles. At Unite Us, she started as the second product hire and ultimately headed the Product and UX teams through a $150M Series C and two acquisitions, and was a founding product team member of a first-of-its-kind B2B2C veterinary preventive care product at IDEXX.
